「The worst hotel experience ever! Dead bugs in the drawers when I tried to put my clothes away. Brought to management's attention. They pointed to a sign on the desk that I had not seen at check-in. Management needed to be notified within 20 minutes of room issues. Fridge did not seal properly. Took management over 36 hrs to replace. I purchased a rachet strap to keep it closed & protect my food. Fridge was replaced. Old fridge taken outside with ratchet strap still on it and my food still...

「We had a wonderful 3 night stay at River Hills Hotel. The Penthouse with 2 queen beds, a sectional couch, TV, kitchen and table with 4 chairs suited our needs very well.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
However, the Penthouse needs work:
- There were not many dishes or silverware in the kitchen.
- The dishwasher is in a very tight spot between cupboards so that the door will not actually close because it bumps into the wood on either side.
- The outlet between the beds was loose on the...
