Family condo, walk to ski area, private fishing pond and playground

This spacious upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium has a a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin XL over queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area with a gas log fireplace. The unit has recently received multiple upgrades including new floors, carpet, furniture, and much more. 6 people max.

This facility has a private stocked lake and heated outdoor swimming pool that is open from mid May – September. It is located one block from the main ski chairlift and is an easy walk to restaurants, the ski area, grocery store and shops. The property is also located on the river and provides walkable river fishing opportunities. The property also features gas and charcoal grills, coin-operated laundry facilities, no contact housekeeping, and wireless internet service.

6 people maximum.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to provide a credit card number and sign a renter's responsibility form at the front desk upon check-in in the event that the property is damaged during the stay.

Wonderful Vacation

Great condo but check hot water situation

Condo was very nice. Super clean, well stocked and great location. Did have a problem with no hot water during our stay. Contacted the owner and he responded immediately and contacted on-site maintenance. However, the own site maintenance manager was able to do much (water was eventually Luke warm), he indicated it was an issue that had been ongoing for some time. Overall, staff was great and everything else was excellent. Would recommend them, but just inquire about the hot water system status.

Our go-to spot for Red River this time of year

This our second stay at this location and it was once again fantastic. Beautiful location with a park and small pond for the kids, close enough to walk into town, friendly staff. We'll certainly be coming back.

Great condo close to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay in Red River this past week. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there to ski and chose to drive to the slopes because of all the gear, but there is also a free shuttle that will pick you up from the condo and drop you off at the base. The condo office has sleds for the guests to use so after skiing we would walk back over and my son would enjoy the sledding hill by the magic carpet. Other amenities and features include a fishing pond, playground, and creek. Because of the town’s small size, you can walk to everything if you’d like to which I also really appreciated. I’d love to go back again in the summer and experience a different side of this great little town. I’d definitely consider this condo again if we get the opportunity to come back.

Ski Trip

We got to the property after hours and an envelope was by the office door for a no hassle check in. This property did not disappoint. We have a teenager daughter and she brought a friend to ski with her. They loved it because they had their own room and bathroom. The space for us to spread out was nice as well. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and other cooking utensils. The balcony was also neat as we could see the deer making their daily walk through the area. The set up is a king bed and bath like a hotel room that has a door going into an apartment like unit. Plenty of bedding and blankets. We walked almost every where we went. The walk to the lift and shopping was not bad at all. Property felt safe and secure and we will definitely be back!
