"Loved everything!!!!!! Clean, comfortable beds, good sized rooms, outdoor area was awesome. Only negative was we booked a patio room off the website and expected a view of some sort as advertised but all we had was a fake rock wall. "

"From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Alison at the front desk things were off to a great start! We were in town for a birthday and she made us feel so special and taken care of including some surprise birthday treats and making sure we were staying in the best possible room to fit our needs. We even got recommendations and well wishes from a nice gentleman from the corporate offices, John! The entire hotel staff were both kind and accommodating including Robert, who was in charge of all the activities that took place at the hotel. He always checked in on us and made sure we were having a good time. We were given great restaurant suggestions and shown a calendar of the activities that were taking place at the hotel. Even the front desk staff at the spa was really great and were able to fit us in for a last minute appointment. One of the GM's, Garret, also went above and beyond, helping with things that some would consider out of their scope of duties, like running around to find K-cup coffee pods for the coffee machine. The more zen like activities offered were amazing such as a drum circle, walking the labyrinth, and looking at the stars. All in all we left feeling special, well taken care of, and like we had met some of the kindest people ever. The property itself is simply magical with the best views, events, and vibes- perfect if you have a special occasion you are looking to celebrate or a romantic getaway. "

"The studio space was perfect for two of us — and the welcome note and local pastry treat we received a great added touch. We went to Sedona during a busy New Year's week, so staying in West Sedona away from tourist madness was such a pleasant retreat. We were able to cocoon up in the cozy king-size bed on rainy days, and enjoy the neighborhood trails when the rain broke. We came prepared with food items we knew we could cook in the microwave or toaster oven, which meant the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. We originally found the space becauae it was dog friendly, but we we didn't end up bringing the dog — we look forward to returning next time with him. There was also a great curated host basket, which proided us a day-trip map for the Grand Canyon. I even spent a few mornings reading and enjoying my coffee bundled up on the lovely deck."
