「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving.
When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「We had a wonderful three-night stay. The location is perfect—just a couple of minutes from the Bell Rock Trail and very close to Cathedral Rock Trail as well(about 10 minutes). We also loved the pool and hot tub. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We were provided a list of recommended restaurants upon check in which was very helpful. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean and the shower was excellent! Would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but otherwise this was a real treat.」

「We had a great stay. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - plenty of options and a nice vegetarian breakfast burrito. The place itself is in a really good location in town with a great vantage point and view of the redrocks from the balcony and room. Room decor and style of the place really has that southwest and sedona look and feel. Would stay again and definitely recommend staying here.」
