“Me and my family absolutely loved this place! The pictures do not do it justice, it is far more beautiful in person. The kids absolutely adored the loft room, they felt like they were in a castle tower. Everyone had a blast in the pool, it was the perfect height for the kids, not too deep but enough that they could splash around a bit. The river was gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting around the firepit gazing at it. There was an old swingset out there that has some potential if someone would clean……

“Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)”

“There needs to be more information about the walk in tub for those of us who are newbies. Also, the water temperature for the shower are in the opposite places. The trash can cabinet could be labeled to make it easier to find. safety bars would also be a great addition for those of us who are advanced in years or handicapped.”

“Everything worked out very well for us, as expected. There were only five of us in this day so we were very comfortable with the bedroom accommodations. Caesar, was very attentive to our that came up as we stayed there but, responding to us very quickly each time. We were there to attend NASCAR races that weekend and the location only could have been better if we were next to the track. Haha.”

“We rented it to visit family in Austin. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is nice, but if you are going to do a lot of cooking be sure and bring your own spices and condiments.”

“This property was amazing. We arrived and this place was everything we saw from the pictures that were posted. And more. The property was so well Kept. The house was Immaculate , clean , comfortably , every thing you could ever want in the kitchen. It was a great memory for all my brothers and sisters. You didn’t want to leave the house bc there was so much do and hang out together as a family ! We are making plans to go back in the fall for a fun long weekend”

“The property description is just as it appears in real life. The house is definitely well cared for and has high tech functionality mixed in with its wonderful decor. Everything you need is within a 20min drive and there is plenty of kitchen to load up for your stay. The heated pool was awesome at night and the bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect for 4 families.. Definitely worth it.”

“It was wonderful. We loved it only down sides were, no TVs in bedrooms, no broom to sweep up with and needed dish towels in kitchen. There was only a sponge so it was kinda hard to clean the kitchen the way i would have liked but otherwise we had a wonderful time. Beds were a lil firm for us too but to each their own!”
