「AVOID. WARNING. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.
Avoid this booking. The room is not affiliated with the resort. There are no facilities or services. The way it is presented on Expedia is misleading. We did not have WiFi and the AC was broken. I had to beg to end my booking which they agreed to refund. I left at the time they asked me to the following day and then they stopped responding to me and to Expedia. So no refund. 「When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. 「I have got very good experience living in this property. Apartment is clean, staff is nice so you can always to get in touch, pool right next to the hous and near the beach.

「We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception .
