“Exceptional hotel. Service was fabulous the staff could not do enough for you. Stunning golf courses. Rooms were lovely ask for a golf course view if possible. Would highly recommend.”

“Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. ”

“We were thoroughly thrilled with Ilita Lodge! Perched high up on a hill, Ilita Lodge delivers splendid views of the ocean & the Great Brak River,, wonderful comfort, security & fabulous food! The only disappointment is that the GPS takes you on a very long un paved road to reach your destination, so go the other route! Otherwise we would definitely rebook there again! Friendly & helpful staff only make this lodge even more comfortable…”

“Die ersten Tage ist das Haus gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da das Haus in der Regel selbst bewohnt wird, befinden sich in allen Zimmern persönliche Gegenstände( z.B. Kleidung etc. ) Auch Flohmarktgegenstände waren reichlich vorhanden. Aber wie gesagt, man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen. Sehr schön die Veranda und der gepflegte und schöne Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Auf Wunsch wurde eine SAT-Schüssel installiert um wenigstens die Deutsche Welle zu empfangen - ansonsten kein deutsches TV - aber auch das……

“Oubaai House is a fabulous holiday base, the photos do not capture the unique nature of this lovely home from home. The reverse level accommodation means that the living areas are flooded with light and there are the most fabulous views from the spacious the deck and pool area. The house is well equipped and finishes are high quality through out. Situated on a large beautifully maintained secure golf estate Oubaai Villa is a short drive from both the beach and nearby George with lots to see and……

“Beautiful spot and the views from the room are amazing. Nice touch breakfast brought to the room. Restaurant on the same site is a big bonus so you can sit back relax and enjoy the seaside.”

“When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. ”
