「We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people.」

「The Nest is so close to everything. Walked in and the place is so clean. Like no one has ever stayed there before. Cass was super responsive (within minutes of messaging him I had a response). Checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Our next visit to the area, we will be staying there again. Best place in town for sure. Tip: Enter the front door code to the lobby super fast. That thing is a little temperamental. Side note: Check out Theo’s restaurant for breakfast.」

「We stayed with John for a concert at the capital theater, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed, much bigger than the pictures showed. Only complaint was that the balcony door did not lock/ shut completely so there was a slight draft in the apartment, other than that, it was a great stay!」

「We loved this wonderful home. Hosts were very easy to work with and so kind. Place was immaculate and the towels and bedding were high quality. Kitchen was well equipped and great size. Backyard is beautiful and they even started the firepit for us and supplied wood. We can’t wait to come back in the spring time when the weather is warmer. Highly recommend!!」
