「Très belle maison fonctionnelle avec toutes les commodités et jardin privé. À quelques minutes à pied, on trouve une très bonne boulangerie ouverte toute la journée et une très bonne pizzeria. Un peu plus loin, une poissonnerie ainsi qu'une petite épicerie. Et un grand Intermarché, tout ce qu'il faut sans aller au centre-ville.Dans un quartier tranquille, on accède facilement au centre de Concarneau via le bac après une marche de 12 minutes, c'est génial de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture....
