「We arrived and easily checked in with the given code. House was clean and smelled great! Bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Each bathroom also had extra items such as ear cleaners, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking items! Loved all the bedroom/sleeping space! We had 11 plus 3 toddlers. 「Check in process was easy. Communication was really good. Better than most as he usually responded right away. Pool is clean and beautiful. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Surroundings give a pleasant summer camp feel. Lots to explore outside. Our grandaughters who are nine and five loved the trampoline, toy room and pool. We would go back again! 」

「Very spacious and very clean house. Three levels allowed everyone space and quiet time. A/C worked well on all levels, important in high heat and humidity. Water pressure in showers on upper level was very low, although master bedroom shower was fine. Would suggest instruction sheet to operate TV controls. We have Direct TV at home, so these were very foreign to us. Housekeeping notes: oven needs a good cleaning, pretty dirty on arrival. Master bedroom closet has only one bulb working needs at...

「A comfortable apartment that met our needs while competing in the National Senior Games. The three flights of stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. 「The main purpose of our trip was to explore the beautiful cycling trails Des Moines has to offer. This property offered a great location for easy access to main trails. It has many conveniences close by and is in a nice neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed to relax after our rides….well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and a pool! The property is well stocked and clean and having a garage is a plus!」
