“Not very good but not very bad”

“I got the king suite room and it was decent sized and had a 65" tv in it, plus an arm chair. Aside from the bigger tv and average arm chair it didn't really seem like a suite. The room had one fatal flaw. The living and bedroom areas were nice and clean and the bathroom was ok until I went to shower. When i took the bath mat off the hanging rack and moved it to the bathtub floor, at least 3 long hairs came off the mat. At that point I didn't know if there were more hairs in the mat or……

“Liked the small extra niceties like the embossed H on toilet roll when starting it, the welcome card and chocolate, nice towels, spacious room, fridge and freezer. Check in was pleasant. Warned us there may be problems with charges. Had booked with Expedia. We did later discover a charge from both Expedia and Harmony on cc but upon calling the Inn it was quickly resolved. Very much enjoyed relaxing outside in their semi private outdoor lounge with comfy seating, table, chairs and grill for use……

“Welcome to the slums of Willmar. This was the most terrible room I've ever stayed in. Carpet was soggy and gross. Never has been replaced. I actually washed my feet before putting my socks and shoes on. Mold growth in the bathroom that was almost covered up by kilz. Bathroom floor felt like it was going to collapse at any time. Caulking around shower/fake tile was gross and dirty. Counterop yellow, scummy, stained not upkept. Room stated it was "smoke free" definitely was not. Smell of the room……

“Rooms clean, coffee in room good. Nice location, quiet. Parking can be tough close at times.”

“The room was terrible. The blankets and sheets were either dirty or just stained. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was tape over the lock on the bathroom door. There was tape over an area separating 2 rooms, where a pocket door was. We didn't take time to look for anything more that was wrong before we left the room and turned in our key.”

“Hot tub broken. Several door card readers not working throughout. Musty smell.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. ( more than just bagels) Room was clean, but lighting is dim .( 1 lamp not working.) Pool had equipment all around, didn't look open. Outside was okay, but weeds and over grows shrubbery .”
