“Great place to stay! Will book again if available next time I’m in rockport ”

“yes! Host very responsive. Space very nicely laid out. Kitchen and dining area spacious. Lovely shower and nice to have two full baths. Beautiful views from main area. Rest of windows in condo have shutters that block any views. (probably to block the sun in hot weather. We visited during an unusal winter cold spell.) Easy access to water and great grocery store near by. Think dimmers on lights in main area would be nice and some cooking equipment could be replaced. Condo clean and……

“Cozy cottage with great location! Upon arrival the house was clean & with a well stocked kitchen. The beds & pillows provided were very comfortable. We were a party of 4 adults & there’s a small bbq pit that was perfect for our cookout. The front porch is a nice spot to relax as well as placing sandy shoes & ice chests as to not track too much inside. The walkability was wonderful & convenient. We look forward to booking again in the future.”

“The outside area was very spacious and is were we spent most of our time. The hot tube was a surprise and a hit with the family. The inside was nice, but there was dog hair on the couch and we have allergies. But after we wiped it down we were ok. We had a great time. ”

“Wasn’t able to use the pool, but it was clean and that’s a major plus. Kitchen was very well stocked with great cooking pans and pots. The location is very convenient to everything. The only downside was checkout is 10:00 am. I know it’s only an hour, but it is an hour extra. ”
