「My check in was great, the hotel is very clean & in a great area...the only problem was my actual booking...I booked a double bed room but only got a 1 bed. The hotel check in couldn't change it as they were booked up」

「We had the most unpleasant and uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had in all my years traveling. When we booked the hotel, there is no warning or indication that the place was under construction. When we arrived, there was no staff present. We waited for the a while for the one on duty staff to appear. The minute we walking into the hotel we were greeted by the strong smell of paint fumes, construction debris and noise. I immediately wanted to leave but our family of 5 very tired adults had booked...
