PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK! Philadelphia Square is located less than two blocks to the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth. Your favorite shops and restaurants are also just steps away! This two-story townhouse has room for everyone, with a very a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. WIFI, CAC, Washer/Dryer and 2 off-street parking spaces are provided, plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit. Rents Saturday to Saturday and "mini-weeks" in the off-season. Guests pay a $150.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Pets are not allowed, but owner has had a dog in the home. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
