The perfect amount of space for 6 people.

This is our second stay at this property. Very cozy, great location and plenty of space. Also, if you enjoy running and biking, the property offers a private entrance to the Breakwater trail. We are looking forward to next year.

Labor Day Love

The condo is wonderful with a great layout and lots of spaces to explore. It’s dog friendly, but there was no hair to be seen! It was very clean when I arrived. The location is fantastic, because you don’t have to cross Route 1 to get into town and the beach. The property is in a big development, but all the condos and outside areas are very well maintained. I had a wonderful weekend!

Stairs

Only downside to this rental was the stairs. As healthy person with no physical limitations the location, the cleanliness and friendly community and all it had to offer was amazing but anyone with limitations would have a tough time negotiating the stairs. Should be mentioned in description other than living space is on 2nd level.

The home was extremely clean, great location. Lacked some household items but nothing we couldn’t work past. The property management company responded quickly to any questions. Pleasantly surprised that the pool was still open. Very close to Rehobeth boardwalk. Loved that each bedroom had its own private full bath. Utilized the main floor deck daily! Truly made our vacation much more enjoyable

Nice location, needs some maintenance

It is a lovely location and it’s a mix of residents & are also visitors. Everyone seemed very friendly. It definitely needs more some TLC though. The carpeting on the stairs & in the 1st floor bedroom is all worn and/or stained, an animal must’ve gotten a fight with the blinds in the kitchen because they were broken with bite marks on them. I believe the cleaning people were in a hurry because they put the plastic cups away before they were dry, so they all had moisture in them. This isn’t a big deal, but it is impactful, the refrigerator filter was a red light so it made me think that it’s probably been needing a replacement for a really long time and hasn’t been attended to. There was mold in the laundry detergent reservoir, which super grossed me out. I enjoyed my stay and generally enjoyed the place, but it needs some upkeep for what it cost
