Great rental for our family. The new updates are great. The decor is very cute and comfortable. Location is also nice because the beach is not very crowded in the area by the home and super close walking distance to the beach and easily walkable to Dewey and Rehobeth.

HOUSE IS MISREPRESENTED

This is a three bedroom house, not a four bedroom. One "bedroom" is a walk through to another bedroom. The sliding doors on all the bathrooms which connect to bedrooms do not lock. The queen bed listed is a sofa bed. The front bedroom does not cool off.

Dewey Beach Family Fun!

This house provided an excellent home for our extended family to gather, enjoy the beach, and all that Dewey and Rehoboth Beach have to offer! The house is really nice and big with lots of room for games and family time - loved the super large living room with the huge tv for movies. The kitchen is fantastic and well-stocked with plenty of cupboard space. Really loved the ice maker in the freezer! The outside shower was really nice, as well as faucets in both the front and back to get the sand off your feet when you came off the beach. We really appreciated the many beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. The extra blankets and pillows were plentiful and super comfy. The two computer monitors provided on the desk for those who (sadly) work during vacation were an unexpected bonus! The top deck was stunning with amazing beach and Silver Lake sunrise and sunset views! This location is perfect for the best beach life (no big crowds!) and easy walking to both towns for food and fun! Full size shower toiletries were another added bonus! If you go be sure to have Woody's crabcakes in Dewey and all the Grotto Pizza you can eat!

HOUSE IS MISREPRESENTED

THIS IS A THREE BEDROOM HOUSE. It is not a four bedroom house. What they call a "bedroom" is really a walk through area with a bed in it. You must walk through this "bedroom" to get to the bathroom and then through the bathroom to get to the king bedroom. Most of the bedrooms are connected to shared bathrooms with sliding doors that DO NOT LOCK.The front bedroom does not cool off.One of the queen beds listed is a SOFA BED, not a real bed.We contacted the repair man when we arrived. He fixed a leak in the bathroom by shutting off the fan in the bathroom and telling us not to use the fan. He said he could not fix any of the locks or the air in the front bedroom because that would require approval from the owners.I contacted VRBO and the host about these issues and there was no recourse.If you want a three bedroom house with bathrooms doors that dont lock, a few number of beds than what they have listed, then this house will be fine. It is poorly designed, but clean and new.Also, the living room is on the second floor, not the first floor. The main deck leading down to the beach is off of a bedroom, not the living room. So hard for anyone to use.

Awesome vacation spot

The house and location was AMAZING! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very accommodating. The location was perfect - close to the beach, beautiful views from the decks, and easy to walk downtown dewey. I would definitely stay here again!
