“Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. Relaxing with beautiful beach and not too crowded.This is our third time here and we will return!Communication great throughout our visit! Thank you!”

“The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. The keys don't work for all the locks,……

“Nice, clean, spacious single room. About 2 blocks from the beach & out of the hustle & bustle of the board walk. But close enough to the board walk if you want to shop. Room had lots of extras not in the description like a closet full of beach items. All kinds of linens, towels, & other daily supplies. Host was very pleasant & informative. Easy instructions. Yes I would stay there again”

“The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring.
