“This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was fantastic, though I had a minor issue with water leaking from the bathroom in the room I stayed in previously. This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The room was well appointed. While it didn’t have a view, the upside was……

“This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.”

“It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. ”

The hotel is located very close to all the popular attractions and it’s easy to get around with tube and tram stops close by. There are also some lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only one thing I would say is that I found the bed a little uncomfortable, it was too hard for my liking, but that’s just personal preference. Thanks for a great……
