The 200 m² chalet features a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor, a living room with large windows, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, a designer kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area, a toilet, and an office with high-speed internet and monitors.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (one children's room and two bedrooms with box-spring double beds) and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub/shower/toilet and one with a shower/toilet).

The basement includes a relaxation room with a modern Physiotherm infrared sauna and two heated loungers, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer.

The central ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate, and heating is provided by natural heat sources. The solid oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating also contribute to a cozy atmosphere.
