“Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!”

Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. Bed is comfy, with good in room facilities including fridge, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Lots of lounging options around gardens and pool. Stunning scenery.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. Passion fruit picked fresh from the veranda for my cocktail watching the sunset was a highlight! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and looked after us and our children so well. The treatments at the spa were outstanding. There……

“Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”
