Room is dated, hotel was OK for one night. Not many amenities close other than the Chinese Buffet. We did not eat in the restaurant but the elevator is located in it so we did see a number of people enjoying it.

Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.

The food was really, really good. We arrived at 3.30pm and wanted something substantial to eat and they have a relaxed all day dining options available. The green pea soup was really delicious and served hot and then I enjoyed the cheese burger too. The breakfast was also substantial, lots of choice but it all seemed fresh and appetising. The hotel itself is probably looking a little dated and the beds I thought were a bit hard but that didn’t stop me being pleased I had booked this place.

Would be appropriate to have towel rails to put out towels As deaf and hard of hearing. TVs in public places should have closed captions turned on especially where areas are noisy
