Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with double sinks (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market:
Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
