The Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the center town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi (optical fiber), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rain shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
