This is the perfect getaway for you, great for a business trip, a weekend away, or a short holiday! Our charming and cozy 25 to 27 m2 studio is wonderfully located in Rennes, just 10-minutes from the centre and close to the Mabilay centre and the river. There are many fun and exciting attractions, restaurants and shops just outside your door. After a great day, our lovely unit is a calming retreat to accommodate up to 3!

Our cozy STUDIO features 3 Single beds, or a Double bed and 1 Single bed. We'll provide you with bed linen! Bedding configurations vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the layout of the studio will suit any specific needs you may have. Curl up and enjoy the Canal + channels on our TV and you can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM and you can rent towels on-site for €7/kit.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a small fridge.
