J'ai été bien reçu par l'agence Cocoonr, et mon interlocutrice Nadia s'est montrée disponible et réactive. Le ménage semblait bien fait, néanmoins les alèses du lit m'ont semblées sales (présence de poils et cheveux) La communication a été laborieuse, ma messagerie Airbnb étant inondée de longs mails. Si je suis amenée à faire à nouveau appel aux services de Cocoonr je passerais directement par leur site."
