“So the Jag Hotel In St. John's was overall 4 stars, the good is that the rooms were clean, spacious, bathroom and shower were excellent. Staff was helpful and cheery. Con, I did not like the chairs in the bar or restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants' a short walk from the hotel as St. John is not a very spread-out city. Overall recommend the Hotel and would stay here again. ”

“I was super happy that I was able to check in early as I took a red-eye flight and didn’t sleep all night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My complaint is the rooms were not sound proof. Had no idea what was happening upstairs, but sounded like a wrestling match? Had to call the front desk around 11pm to ask them to be quiet. Could also hear neighbors dog barking. Good hotel if you bring ear plugs and are a heavy sleeper!”

“I've stayed here many times and love it. You couldn't be in a better location, easy walking distance to the major hotels and the George Street night life. While there is no front desk, the keypad system on the front door and room assignment on an interior door works just fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this particular visit, Mark and Josephine could not have been better. Kudos. I recommend this place highly.”
