Room was clean. Nice bathroom amenities. The cleaning staff was super friendly and willing to give extra water and coffee upon request. The front desk is busy at times and the self check in kiosks are a little confusing. They have a pool, it looked nice and they include it in the resort fee, but ...

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
Overall hotel was fine. We didn’t like the Resort fees which are like hidden fees. In this case the pool, hot tub were closed. Fitness room was available. We did have K-cups which the front desk said was part of the resort fee.

Corridors were dark and dingy, room is in need for a renovation, blackout drapes only extend 3/4 of the way to the floor, public restrooms had sticky floors.
