"We stayed here last week and thought it would be “just ok” cause the rooms were so affordable. We had a great check in, then went to the room and it was so new and clean. All the bars are great offering happy hours, the Napa grill was our favorite second to the sky bar and all you can eat sushi. Will definitely go back."

"This place blew me away. I thought the reasonable prices were too good to be true but nope!! It’s extremely clean and very safe, which was important to me as a solo traveler. It’s also conveniently located with stunning views depending on the tower chosen. The staff was very professional and friendly too which was MUCH appreciated. Overall, I have zero complaints and plenty of praise. I will absolutely be back!"

"I was there for a volleyball national tournament 4/30/2026 through May 3rd. I checked in, very pleasant front desk ladies, we spoke about Florida and made small chat. They guided me to the closest store. I had requested a king size bed in my reservation but the room I had did not have a king size bed, so they gave me a free upgrade on the 14th floor. An 1.5 hour later I had an emergency with my daughter, I had to checkout immediately. I went to the same two kind ladies in the front and asked to checkout same day as I checked in 4/30/2026; I agreed to pay the 1st night. I later saw I was fully charged: 4/30 till 5/3 and on the 8th floor. I tried calling to get the refund, eventually I wrote to the hotel through a digital format on 5/20. I received a response 6 days later telling me I would not receive a refund. Eventually I called the hotel and was able to talk to the same lady that has written to me through the digital format. I asked her to speak to the two kind front ladies, she just told me I had waited too long, a month, to report the refund. Eventually she authorized a refund for the last day. I had to contact the 3rd party I booked it through to receive the refund which I did do. I don’t have money in abundance, therefore I expect for others be honorable. The ball was dropped here by not changing or updating the checkout. I did ask if I had to do anything else when I was checking out and I was told “no.”"
