This is Student Housing, which they didn't go out of their way to mention. The unit itself was nice, and clean. The neighborhood (downtown Reno) is like a trashy vegas. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event!
