“It’s a mature building but clean inside. Samsung, LG and Kenmore Appliances, not you no make Walmart crap. The folks at the Desk at check-in were polite, helpful and professional. I’ve been spending one or two nights a year in Reno for the last seven years and this has been my most pleasant day. There are some real dumps in this town. The neighborhood is improving. The Park is GREAT and a 3 minute walk.”

“Need more electrical outlets throughout the condo. Bed and sofa bed could use new matresses. Otherwise, a good place to stay . Price was good for space rented.”

“Perfect for quick stop over on a trip. Near midtown with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Quiet, cute neighborhood. Apartment was quaint and very clean.”

“Property exceeded our expectations. Very roomy and clean, equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathroom larger than expected. For 8 people, it met our needs perfectly. I only wish Vrbo/Evolve had updated the contact info accurately because I could not get a hold of the host until the day right before our trip. Also, I’d recommend a place to keep clean linens because our guests in the living room had no idea what to use for sleep. There were blankets at the top of the bedroom closets……

“Overall this was a really nice place to stay while in the area. The inside of the condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, very quiet and had all amenities needed for a weekend stay. The only issue with the interior was a Glade plugin used for smell which my daughter loved but I am sensitive to perfumes due to allergies. Easily resolved as I placed it outside for the duration of our stay. The code to enter the condo was incorrect which resulted in us having to contact the property owner to……

“This property is conveniently located in the heart of downtown - lots of great restaurants and a park within walking distance. The owners were extremely accommodating and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again :)”

“We liked the amenities and cleanliness of the property. The host was very proactive in communication. We had a group with small kids who enjoyed the play area under the sun. The big bedrooms were big and kitchen was bright and well stocked. Will definitely plan to comeback later.”
