"10/10 property in Mostar with an incredible swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is a jacuzzi and children’s splash pool as well. Plenty of ‘ sun’ beds and tables and chairs in the indoor pool areaThe view from the window towards old town was amazing. The train station and both bus stations are less than 20 minutes walk. Old town was a pleasant 15-20 walk away. The staff were all amazing and very responsive to any requests. The hotel has a mall below it which has a cinema with movies in English. The Mepas is a firm favourite of mine!"

"Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful."

"This hotel was amazing! The hotel has parking available with no extra charge, it is modern, clean, rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection of fruits, eggs, breads, cheese, cold meats, hot/cold drinks and cereals. To use the Spa facilities you need to pay extra but it was worthy. I think it can be the best hotel in Medugorje! "

"There are restaurant right behind the hotel and their bread with the entree is excellent: home made right from the oven. 10 minutes walk you can get to a supermarket with a restaurant attached. Another 5 minutes walk there is a very good restaurant. "

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem. When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was. I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!) On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service! It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful. You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more. The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street."
