Check in and out was super easy, we were met at the airport with our buggy on arrival. “Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. ”

“Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. ”

“While we were more than happy with the spacious living area and bedrooms and the glorious view, there were a couple areas that attention. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the shower has a step up into it that felt a bit unsafe with wet feet. We thought the deck surface could have been a bit cleaner, the bird droppings had been there for some time and it made it a bit unpleasant in bare feet. We found some of the glassware not clean in the cupboard, as if they were put away with unclean……

We stayed here for 5 nights - the apartment had everything you could have needed from kitchen facilities to outdoor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the view. Only 10 minute drive into main area of Airlie too so was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. ”
