Spacious, private 1400+ sq. ft. corner unit with unobstructed mountain views and floor-to-ceiling windows, just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown. This bright, designer-furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 with a king bed, queen bed, queen sofa bed, and two twin beds (convert to a king). Includes two secure underground parking stalls—a rare convenience in Revelstoke.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- You will be in the Building labelled Cartier 3000 on the right hand side of the road
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS

- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)

Parking & Property Notes: The property includes 2 reserved underground parking stalls (8'4" clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Additional street parking is available for extra vehicles. The ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking.
