With sea views and only a short stroll to the beach, this cottage is in a convenient and attractive part of central Southwold. With comfortable furnishsings and a courtyard area for spending summer evenings in, this property provides is an ideal base for a seaside holiday.

Well located cottage close to the sea front

Enjoyed our stay at this cosy cottage in a very central location. The property was ideally situated, in front of the lighthouse, and very close to shops pub and beach. Very comfortable, clean, with modern kitchen and bathroom and with good facilities, TV in the bedroom as well as in the living room and a DVD player, plus microwave etc. in kitchen. Was just about the right amount of room for 3 adults but might be a bit cramped for 3 + adults, but fine for two adults and two children. Would book this property again. The staff were also very quick to resolve a small issue I had raised with them.
