4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers. 3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops nearby (2mins walk), restaurants of different prices and a 24/7 convenient store just downstairs, safe, just 5-10mins walk to the rainbow street & church.

Hlemmur was in the perfect location being centrally located. We were able to walk just about everywhere except for the Perlan. The bus stop was around the corner and the Bonus grocery was a 5 min walk. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and we were able to cook. The people we emailed were great and responsive. Only downside was the elevator which felt like it had seen better days and made my child nervous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had two suites in July and had a wonderful stay. The building felt safe and easy to access. The food hall was perfect for a bite or just a quick drink. It would have been nice to have a larger laundry facility but we were able to walk to laundromat with no issues.

A great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Hlemmer Suites. The place was spotless and very well furnished. Such comfortable beds! It is also quite central to all that Reykjavik has to offer but a bit to the side so we found it a bit more quiet. Communication with the suites was easy. We'll definitely stay here on our next Iceland adventure.

Localização maravilhosa. O apt tem quase tudo que precisamos. A varanda tem uma vista linda e é enorme. Senti falta de uma limpeza diária (ou de equipamentos para que nós possamos fazer: vassoura, aspirador…), como fiquei 6 dias fiquei agoniada com isso, ainda mais tendo uma criança. Tb achei o café da manhã sem criatividade. No primeiro dia foi bom e depois ja nao comia mais: paes, croissant, geleia, manteiga e fruta. Mas amei o quarto, muito espaçoso e de bom gosto. O blackout tb foi otimo
