Iceland Property

The unit we rented was amazing. It’s centrally located, easy access to highways and downtown & has 2b/2baths…something that’s not easy to find in Iceland, near downtown. There were a few bumps, but the mgmt co was always responsive to any questions or issues we had. I recommend this place.

Nice Stay with Minor Tweaks Needed

The apartment was very clean and fairly well equipped. There was construction on the building next to us which made for some loud early mornings while we were trying to sleep. A few suggestions for the owner/management company would be to have more towels (bath and dish) available and include washcloths. Coffee cups without handles are impractical. Bakeware was almost non-existent. The living room coffee table was shaky and the TV lost connectivity very 3-4 minutes which made watching one of the few English speaking channels almost impossible. None of these are ‘deal breakers’ but are things that could be improved. I want to comment that Theodora with the property management company was wonderful. She was highly responsive and was able to give us access early on our arrival which was greatly appreciated since we’d been awake for almost 24 hours. -

Clean and spacious apartment in good location

These apartments are clean and spacious. The kitchen is pretty well stocked to make simple meals but nothing too complex. The beds were small but comfortable and the property manager was responsive when we needed help. The check in process was a little confusing because there are 2 separate codes and it took a while for us to figure out the parking garage and which code to use when. The location was great - walking distance from lots of restaurants and a short drive to the boat tours.
