"Our family has stayed multiple times now for weekend reunions and will likely be back again. Great location, lots of space inside, kids love the game room, plenty of parking space. Very clean, check in was simple. 10 adults and 12 kids fit very comfortably. Awesome view of the lake. "

"Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility."

"We loved our stay here! The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of Bear Lake. There is a nice grassy area on the property. We loved the room that was stocked with kid toys and a crib for our group. Plenty of parking for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed!"
