"Your own room was clean and fine. Hot water was available. What’s terrible is the hallways smells and old. Navigating through to get to your room was bad. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone outside the door. If there’s a family next to you all you hear are the kids and the family. There was zero breakfast when you go to eat in the lobby. Will not recommend. "

"The air conditioning did NOT work! When we took the issue to the staff, they couldn't even offer us a new room because allegedly the only other room available also did not have AC either. The rooms WIFI did not work as well. When we addressed the issue in the morning with the manager, he promised to award me Hilton honors points (which he did NOT do) I waited 2weeks to make sure this transaction he promised could be issued to my account. I will never stay at this property again. Very disappointed. "
