“Although the weather did not really cooperate (rained for the first 2 days), we still found the home cozy, peaceful and and the area serene. A beautiful location right on the lake. We go once a year with our four wheelers to northern Vermont and this was a great riding area. Lots of trails with stops along the way (Parker Pies, Bakersfield, Morgan Store). Jim and his wife were there when we arrived. Very nice people. Would recommend to hikers, ATV'ers, and just folks who want to get away. PS.……

“Really beautiful, especially in the fall. We came the second week in October and some reds had fallen but there was a lot of yellow. We were so warm and cozy! There is no way to cook food though, just an outdoor sink, fresh water, and toilet. If you’re coming from out of town make sure you rent a car. There is no Lyft or Uber service in the area.”

“We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities. They even had multiple dryguy boot and glove warmers in the house. We always travel with extras but we never……

“Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again.”

“This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. ”
