“We were in town for a softball camp and college visit at WMU. We were not at the residence much over our two day stay. The property was cozy, clean, and perfect for our trip. The beds were comfortable. As noted the road is busy. Traffic can be heard but it didn't interfere with our sleep. There are fans available that can help cover up the noises. “I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense.”

It should be noted that it is on the third flood and does not have an elevator, which was not a limitation for us, but would be an unwelcome surprise if you were unable to navigate the stairs.
