“We loved it. It was the second time at the tail of the dragon. Great system, very updated, and comfortable bed. The exit light was too bright but don’t know if that’s a Va codes issue. We will be back in the fall. ”

“Beautiful property. Gorgeous home renovated with its historical importance captured nicely. I ended up being the only guest and enjoyed the many amenities the house had to offer. The second floor balcony brought a peace and tranquility I didn’t even realize I needed. Watched the small town wake up while sipping coffee under a blanket. I feel very fortunate to have found this property and look forward to staying again. ”

“This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was like a brand new home. It was spotless clean, has a huge shower, huge rooms, and great beds. It's basically across the street and a 100 feet down from Back of the Dragon brewery. You pour your own beer, any amount you want, and pay by the ounce, so you can sample as many as you like. They also have food. There are several excellent restaurants right up the street. Beth was great at communicating check-in and check-out instructions……

“Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested……
