The room had roaches, and the shower had no working hot water; the sink was leaking, and the bathroom floor was soaked. The doorknob mechanism on the inside was rigged not to lock after the guest leaves, and only locks when you're inside the room. An open condom wrapper was left between the mattress and the headboard, along with cigarette buds in a non-smoking hotel. When trying to cancel or switch rooms, the front desk was unaccommodating.

When I got there, the staffing was very polite, but I was notified that my room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is broken so I had to climb up the steps as I’m walking through the hallway to get to the steps. A nasty smell is coming from somewhere in the hallway then I get to the staircase and there’s cigarette buds mud, ripped up Amazon packages in the hallway just smelled really nasty as I get to the fifth floor a stronger nasty smell like mold as I get to the room and everything was okay I checked the bed. Everything was good up until I got to the towels and they had brown stains on them. There was a hole in the bedsheet. Then at 7:30 in the morning there’s construction going on in the room next to us.

Found a number of live cockroaches or cockroach-like bugs in the room and bathroom. Furthermore, Morning temperature was 19* and there was no hot water. When I left the hotel at 7:00 AM, I reported the no-hot-water situation to the desk attendant and she informed me the hot water was broken in the entire hotel and they were waiting for the manager to arrive to get it fixed. She offered no discount consideration for my inconvenience.

The lady at the desk in the evening was great! The one in the morning not so much, I interrupted her scrolling. The rooms are in poor condition, the mini fridge did not work, the microwave did not work, when plugging in items the outlets the plugs were loose, the curved shower curtain rod was broke. And hanging down so that the shower curtain would not stay closed. The toilet paper dispenser was rusted and falling out the wall. The vent in the bathroom allowed you to hear what was going on in the next room and vice versa. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible and while there were hand rails there was a tub instead of what was pictured in the photos that had a high side you had to step over only to find the bottom was several inches higher that the floor. Would not stay again

I’ll need some grades in the rooms stuff need to replace all not friendly they don’t greet customers basically they don’t care never seen a hotel with stuff that they don’t say good morning good evening hello nothing just busy with their phones even the manager, not paying attention to the client I have to wait for the check-in over an hour for one person to help me when she’s busy adjusting scheduled for her stuff. She didn’t care.
