Cute house with well stocked kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was the perfect place to sit and relax. Fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole! The property manager was easy to contact and responsive to text messages.

Beautiful house, great stay

I booked this Vrbo for a quick weekend getaway with my friends. After booking, I received instructions from the host. It was super easy to check in and everything went very well. We were looking forward to the hot tub and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in/near Richmond.

property was as described----very clean, WELL stocked with luxurious towels AND bedding--well lit with night lights; all light switches marked so no guessing which turned on what lights; hot tub was heaven on earth---we were both very mentally and emotionally drained and the hot tub relaxed us and restored our mental health! very safe neighborhood yet close to downtown. Heather was quick to respond to questions.

Dad 92 and blind

Was very grateful to find a beautiful safe ranch home. There are 4 steps at the entrance and three steps side entrance. My Dad is very proud and although he's blind still walks. The primary bedroom was perfect for anyone but especially for elderly. The home is actually more beautiful than the pictures. Communication was smooth and timely.

These owners have it figured out! Absolute value and bang for your buck. The house is well updated and very clean. They have notes all over to help you operate and find what you need. Instructions are all very clear and helpful. Property Manager contact was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub was in pristine condition. Very quiet neighborhood. Good size back yard perfect for tossing the ball around, throwing bags or practicing you golf chipping. Didn't use the fire pit or grill, but they have everything you need to have people over and entertain. Love the chandeliers and deco lights on the patio. This will be my go-to VRBO when traveling to the RVA.
