The thing that stood out was that good heating system in the room and my shoes got wet inside and this heat dryed my shoes

Meigan at the front desk is a star. I have been travelling multiple cities in the past 3 weeks and have been staying at multiple hotels of all varieties. There were many disappointing experience even with top brands like Windham IHG. Meighan was a simply great. She was courteous, supportive, helpful and extremely proactive. I would come to Regency only because of the way she took care of us.
