Had a great stay at Radisson Blu. The room was very clean and well maintained, which really stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We arrived at 1 am and checked in. Went to have a shower, However the shower had not been cleaned and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The room itself was super clean and it was just an unfortunate miss. I bring this up as the minute we Called down we were met with shampoo and someone willing ...

Richmond or Travelodge? I had a problem with my bill. Noone could help, or wanted to. I was very unimpressed by their non-existent communication system. I will not go there again...or Travelodge. Not sure which is which. The hierarchy are hidden!

Good shopping and dining. Steveston well worth a visit.
