「We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention. Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. I didn't care for the flavor of any of it. I left more than 1/2 each day. For the cost of the stay the breakfast is subpar. The next time we're in the...

「This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. 」

「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」

「Great place to stay. Away from it all but close enough to New hope, Lumberton, Lambertville and frenchtown. Peddlers village is just 10min away. Rooms are exceptionally clean as is the property. It's right on the Delaware River. Great views. Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included」

「We have stayed here three times over the years and each time the service and rooms have gone downhill. The area has also gone downhill with many store fronts empty. We will not go back !」
