Big studio in vintage style 50 m2 with sauna, only a 5-minute walk from the Old Town ,in historical building, Jugentdstyle, renovated house, 24 security, video cameras.
Around is many restorans, cafe, shops, markets, 24 pizzeria, outlet bazaar,
One big space new king-size bed, with aloe-vera comfortable mattressone, big sofa-bed, for no smoking guest, no partyes, no animals. My studio is perfect for solo guests, couple , family holidays.
Kitchen instaled, glass ceramic cooktop ( electric ) ,3 m. white stone kitchen worktops, mounted cupboards, big refregerator. There is also a range of dishes, utensils and cutlery. Glass table, wood tables, chairs and more, mirrors.
Bathroom with comfortable bath, sauna is in studio ( for additional payment ) , mini spa for your relax.
