「Nice location, only 5 min walk from Hengelo station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also quite big with a bathtub. The choice of the breakfast is not too much but the price is ok (around 14-15 EUR), comparing to other hotels.
There are also plenty of free snacks, tea and coffee bags provided in the room.」

「Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. decoration like prison, high window, dark grey walls, feel depressed, heating doesn’t work, freezing nights, and the reception doesn’t care about that. Nobody helps.
Most funny thing: APP says washing machine/facility supported, but I can’t use it, I ask then why do you advertise it if you don’t want customers use, they replied: why don’t you call us and check if you can use it before check in? Can you believe that answer! 」
