Highly recommended hotel

Our stay in Hotel Stresa was just perfect - first of all staff - very kind, helpful, professional and welcoming, they helped us with everything what we asked for - information about Rimini, restaurants, transport, tickets, day trips etc. Room was cleaned every day, beds was very comfortable. Location is brilliant - close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop. The breakfast was very good - so much choice and so tasty. I want to say thank you to all hotel staff, specially Olga - they made our holidays very enjoyable.

Отличный отель!

Отличный отель по соотношению "цена-качество". Месторасположение - на тихой улочке на границе районов Мирамаре и Ривадзурра, 300 м от моря, в шаговой доступности супермаркет и множество "едален", во многие из которых на ресепшен можно получить скидку. Отель предоставляет гостям бесплатно пляжные полотенца и велосипеды напрокат. В номерах бесперебойный вай-фай, скорость позволяет без проблем смотреть видео. Уборка качественная, производится ежедневно, смена постельного белья раз в три дня. Также ежедневно пополняются гели-шампуни и питьевая вода (по 0,5л на человека в день). Шеф-повар Фабио предлагает гостям обильные и вкусные завтраки по системе "шведский стол" с большим количеством свежей выпечки, фруктов, соков и хорошим кофе из двух кофемашин, а по субботам вечером для постояльцев организуется фуршет прямо в холле. Но все-таки самым главным достоинством отеля, на мой взгляд, является его персонал. С первой минуты пребывания в отеле вы будете окружены заботой и вниманием со стороны Габриэле и его небольшой, но дружной и профессиональной команды (80 % которой, кстати говоря, русскоговорящие), относящейся к гостям как к членам своей семьи. Отдельное спасибо Ольге, всегда готовой прийти на помощь гостям в любой ситуации и снабжающей туристов массой полезной информации. Отель однозначно рекомендуем, надеемся вернуться!

Ottimo albergo non lontano dal mare, ma in posizione interna, ideale per riposare lontano dal caotico lungomare. Camere non troppo grandi ma con tutto il necessario. Materassi comodossimi, climatizzatore, bagno con box doccia e soprattutto pulitissima. Colazione super con ampia selezione dolce-salato. Personale eccezionale con il sig. Gabriele super disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio, così come tutto il resto. Super consigliato

visto che dovevamo soggiornare una notte direi che è andato bene, anche accoglienza . Unico problema non c'è il parcheggio interno, ma l'hotel ha una convenzione per 7 euro con un parking a 300 mt. io ho trovato posto nella stessa strada . La colazione è ottima e abbondante. lo consiglio

Wspaniali gospodarze, polecam!

Wspaniała obsługa, przemili gospodarze, pokoje codziennie sprzątane- zawsze czyściutko, wszystko poukładane, nie tylko pościelone łóżko i przetarta podłoga. Można za free wypożyczyć rowery (maja nawet porządny rowerowy fotelik dla dziecka) i pozwiedzać aktywnie miasto, omijając tym samym wszelkie środki transportu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i produkty wysokiej jakości (nawet jest sekcja z produktami Bio) każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (moje dziecko które jest wybredne zawsze chętnie zjadło ty śniadanie). Za rok na pewno nie będziemy szukać innego hotelu. Polecam!

Posizione è perfetta a 2 passi da Rimini, Riccione e San Marino comoda anche per andare ai parchi di Mirabilandia e dintorni ( 40 minuti di macchina). Stanze pulite comode e ottime per una famiglia anche le quadruple (visitata per curiosità). Colazione abbondante e Personale cordiale competente e simpatico. Great beach location. On a bus route so that made travel into Rimini very easy. Really like the relaxed vibe at this hotel. And, the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experiencd in Italy!

Just what we were looking for

The Stresa was much as we had anticipated from reading positive on-line reviews before our stay. Excellent location. 10 minute walk from Rimini Miramare train station, less than 5 minutes to the bus stop and beach, and there is a small supermarket near the street corner. Our room was smaller than we are accustomed to, but we expected this from a typical Italian-style beach resort hotel. The room was well equipped with a safe, fridge (free bottles of water replenished daily), wall-mounted television and a consistently very good wifi connection. The room was spotlessly cleaned each day. Beach towels are available to use, which you can keep for the duration of your stay. What stood out for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the 'front of house' staff - Gabrielle, Raju and Lisa. Nothing was too much bother for them. (If you stay here and see Raju wearing a Northern Ireland football shirt you'll know where he got it from!) We especially enjoyed our late night drink/coffee out front before bedtime. All in all, we thought the hotel was good value for money and provided a high standard of personal service.
