"Really great place to relax. The room got a bit hot as the air stopped working at night and could Use coffee makers in the room. Pools and lazy river were fun. Wish there was a Buffett but food options are not bad but not anything great."

"We enjoyed our first time at this resort! Loved our room which overlooked the fishing pond and golf course. Balcony was huge and having 2 bedrooms was great! Loved the Pools and slides, arcade and ping pong and the staff were great there! Food and drinks at pool was really good just a bit pricey. The canyon grill has good food and Ricardo was the best server. However, disappointed that they didn’t have Starbucks and when we ordered espresso drinks they took a long time and only 16 oz. Only did that once. Loved the farmers market! Nice to have that! Loved having the golf carts handy to take us around the resort! Cleaning of the unit was not the best. After waiting 2 hours for our room to be cleaned and inspected, we found dust on the counters and in bathrooms and bedrooms. Also the washer dryer unit needed cleaning but we did it bc takes too long to get housekeeping. Took housekeeping 3 tries to get our room finished during a mini cleaning and still missed one of the bedrooms. Other than the cleaning, we enjoyed the resort! It’s a great place for families. They need to get better at housekeeping and really have a coffee shop so we can get good and right coffee rather than driving to Starbucks."

"The stay was overall pleasant. The breakfast was good but not as great as other Embassy Suites I stayed in. The room was spacious and very clean though the shampoo and conditioner were empty when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having said this, the interior of the premises was run down. Scuff marks everywhere, wallpaper peeling and the single elevator was out of order during the entire stay. Very disappointed compared to many other ES stays I enjoyed."

"The hotel is very nice and well maintained. We were here for an overnight stay after we spent the day in Temecula at the wineries. The only complaint we had was the bed. It was not comfortable at all. If they cannot be replaced they should definitely have a mattress topper added. We both struggled much of the night. Besides that, the front desk stay east kind, we were able to order teal food for dinner, and there was parking on the premises ( for $12 a night). Overall, it was a decent stay."
