「This is my third and final stay at this hotel. Check in went smoothly. The problems started the next morning. The "free" breakfast they use to entice you was inadequate compared to previous visits. There were no tops or sleeves for the coffee. The food had 1/4 the options they normally have. For example, they had out all of the condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When asked for oatmeal, "we're out." If that were not enough, the maid came knocking on our door at 8:30am to clean the room...

「We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. 」

「room was not cleaned properly the bed sheets had a stain. the couch was soiled, there was fingerprints on the furniture and door and the floor was not clean with debris. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very loud. The hallways of the hotel had an artificial freshener that was overwhelming. I was really disappointed in our room. I have stayed at other hotels and the breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine was broken and the attendant had to squeeze the batter to operate the...
