80 square meter, bright non-smoking ground floor apartment for max. 5 persons.



The apartment is modernly furnished and very well equipped. A living room with LCD TV, separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a cozy corner bench. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 5 people.



A large covered south-facing balcony with furniture is also at your disposal. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower and a bathtub including a hairdryer.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.
